About us
We are Queensland's biggest behaviour support team. We are building a dynamic hub of excellence in ABA, with BCBA, Clinical Psychology supervisors and senior clinicians on staff to support and mentor you. You will be joining a team who have studied (or are currently studying) the same coursework as you - we 'get' ABA and we 'get' Psychology is different.
We have roles for brand new, emerging clinicians and career paths that can see you work through to advanced levels of practice, leadership, or management.

About you
About the role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver high level, evidenced-based clinical intervention to people living with a disability. You will provide advice, support and coaching to front line staff and families to assist in their understanding and ensure fidelity of your program. In doing so, you will contribute to the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues engaged in direct support work. You will use your curiosity to guide you to through the steps to make you the best Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Salary starts at $95,000 plus super, and increases depending on your qualifications and experience.
