    We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide front of house reception services on a casual basis across our allied health clinics in Glenelg, Rostrevor, and Christie Downs studios.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and be available to work across at least two studios.

    ACH Group specialises in working with older people, providing allied health and exercise services from modern and purpose-built spaces.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phones, greeting customers, and scheduling appointments.
    • Manage records and documentation, handle cash and process payments.
    • Perform general administration tasks to support the Allied Health team.

    About You

    • Experience in a fast-paced, reception-type role.
    • Attention to detail, with high accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
