They are seeing large growth in their company and are looking to bring on an Intermediate Accountant in Business Services to join their teamAs An Accountant, You WillPrepare BAS, IAS, financial statements and complete asset depreciation schedules
Prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies, partnerships
Complete Division 7 A Loan Reconciliation workpapers
Reconcile GST and CGT (property for individuals and listed shares)
Liaise with clients across industries such as medical, engineering, retail, manufacturing and more
Work in a team of 2 Partners, 2 Managers, 1 Assistant Manager, 8 Accountants, 1 Undergraduate Accountant and 2 AdministratorsThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveMINIMUM 2-3 years' experience in a public practice accounting firm
Exposure to Div7a, GST, CGT, FBT, Payroll, Property and Bookkeeping
Worked with business clients with a turnover of at least $5million
Demonstrated experience with MYOB AE, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Quickbooks, MYOB Account Right and Xero.
Great work ethic | motivation | positive and honest attitude | enjoys a good laugh
Enrolled in or is looking to enrol in a CA/CPA
