- Preparation of detailed cost estimates for projects.
- Maintenance of project estimate files and implementation of change management control
- Continuously monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaboration with project delivery teams to understand project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Liaising with project stakeholders to develop an understanding of production requirements and to develop material take-offs.
- Cost reporting and analysis, including the development of metrics and norms.
- Conduct thorough research to gather data on materials, labour, and other project expenses.
- Qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Estimator / Estimator in industrial plants and facilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using estimating software/tools (e.g., Pronamics Expert estimating software).
