- Prepare the Group Financial statements and select subsidiary financial statements
- Prepare external reporting documents for the various regulatory bodies and ASX
- Preparation of various Board Reporting and submissions
- Improve the processes and utilise available tools to minimise the time to produce
- Preparation of financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries
- Preparation of group level financial reporting requirements each month
- Preparation of key balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Provision and translation of technical accounting advice from ATT team to the Financial Statements
- Assess for and implement process improvements to the reporting process
- Involvement in the end-to-end external audit process
- CPA / CA qualified
- Preparation of financial statements, especially cashflow
- Proven history of working with and applying accounting standards
- Proven experience in complex ASX-listed groups
- Experience working with foreign subsidiaries (including FX translation)
- Strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong finance systems experience
- Work from anywhere in Australia for up to one month each year
