    Graphic Designer & CRO UI/UX Expert for High-Performance E-commerce Ads

    We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and create compelling image and video ads that boost Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our e-commerce clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design eye-catching image ads and edit engaging video ads for various e-commerce platforms.
    • Utilize top image and video editing software to produce high-quality content.
    • Optimize designs for maximum conversion rates and ROAS.
    • Conduct website conversion optimization (CRO) and prepare detailed reports.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to align designs with client goals and brand guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in e-commerce and digital advertising.
    • Proficiency in top image editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Sketch, and GIMP.
    • Expertise in video editing software, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, and iMovie.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce design work and ROAS-driven content.
    • Experience in website conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and report creation.
    • Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices for e-commerce.
    • Proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing.
    • Understanding of e-commerce metrics and ability to design for improved ROAS.
    • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
