    How will I Help?

    The Marketing Communications Manager is part of the Remediation team, a division of Strategic Marketing Communications and Journeys within the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will be responsible for delivering effective customer first remediation experiences that drive win-back and retention. Develop, track, and optimise performance of remediation content across digital presences and communication channels. Foster productivity and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendors

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic insight to influence communication design to minimise customer impact and maximise customer experience.
    • End-to-end delivery of customer communications utilising direct mail, email, SMS, digital, and frontline channels.
    • Track and optimise campaign performance to deliver against commercial targets.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and maximise process efficiencies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
    • Accountable for proactively managing risks by adhering to the Risk & Control Framework, fostering a curious mindset, and asking 'should we?' to drive informed decision-making.
    • Responsible for overseeing the engagement of external vendors and collaborating with them to ensure timely delivery of CRM campaigns.
