    About the role
    A motivated and friendly & reliable Customer Service team leader will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers on a day to day basis, As the customer service manage you will thrive in a challenging and busy environment.

    Duties

    • Manages all the customer service team to ensure appropriate account management and sales support coverage.
    • Manage escalated operational queries and monitor team quality and performance to ensure the consistent support is provided to the sales, warehouse, accounting and marketing team.
    • Serve as the lead contact for customer accounts and project queries.
    • Follow up on customer orders to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develops trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer accounts, stakeholders and act as an internal advocate for customers.
    • When issues arise, ensure timely and successful delivery of an appropriate solution whilst efferently communicating with internal and external departments.
    • Identifies opportunities to develop new business with existing customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales objectives.

    Skills & experience

    • Previous experience in customer service / administrative position
    • Excellent people skills.
    • High attention to detail
    • Motivation and drive to meet targets and deadlines.
    • Demonstrable customer services skills
    • Experience working in a fast passed environment
