Job summary
The Operations Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing all materials consumables and related inventory items within Operations including dispensary materials gel capsules solvents and consumables.
Main Responsibilities
- Monthly stocktakes end-of-batch reconciliation for dispensing materials and gel-capsules Stocktake management of consumables Transfer orders returns Investigations for Stocktake or reconciliation discrepancies Support technical completion of process orders in SAP Complete GMP documentation to cGMP standards Report any deviations in processing or procedures immediately Identify participate implementation continuous improvements Manage work efficiently cost effectively meet Operations plans targets
