Having proved themselves as one of the best property managements offices in the industry, they are looking to add a driven marketing professional to their close knit group. The main focus of this role is to plan and implement new marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive growth.

Overview of the position:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Manager
• Analyze industry trends and adjust marketing efforts accordingly
• Database management
• Assist the Growth Team with other ad hoc responsibilities.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Knowledge on utilising different marketing mediums for lead generation
• Experience with Wordpress, Canva, Mailchip and any other real estate and marketing related software.
• The ability to self motivate and a drive to succeed.
