The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Adelaide Property team for an experienced Paralegal or Conveyancer. You will work on residential and commercial conveyancing matters, acting for both buyers and sellers.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideally, the successful candidate will have ownership of matters from start to finish. While administrative support is provided, the successful candidate must be able to:

• Liaise with clients, banks, and the solicitors/conveyancers acting for the other party;
• Conduct property searches; and
• Calculate settlement figures.

Exceptional communication and written skills are essential as well as being highly driven in the area of client service. You will have the ability to diarise and prioritise tasks, a systematic approach to work and respond to client queries promptly and within the firm's required timeframes. You will display initiative, have exceptional attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines.
