    About The Company

    The company is a leading provider of painting and decorating services in the residential and commercial sectors, based on the outskirts of Brisbane.

    About The Position

    This role reports to the Office Manager and Company Director and involves supporting the accounts team with tasks such as processing accounts payable/receivables, invoicing, expenditure, and bank reconciliations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting with Purchase Order workflow
    • Assisting with end of month reconciliations
    • Providing ad hoc accounts support duties
    • Performing various office tasks and answering phone calls as required
    • Following up on account receivables

    Requirements for the Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bookkeeping, a sound understanding of purchase ordering systems, and strong communication skills.

    Desirable Expertise:

    • Strong organisational/time management skills to meet demands and deadlines
    • A mature approach to working independently
    • An eye for streamlining business procedures
    • A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation, and learning

    Benefits of the Role
