    LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth.

    Role Overview:
    This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and passionate LiveBig team

    • Full-time or Part-time (minimum of 3days) & Permanent
    • Can be based anywhere in Western Melbourne - hybrid role
    • You will have a diverse caseload providing high quality support in home or community settings such as schools and group homes
    • Develop person-centred, evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans in line with the person's goals and NDIS plans
    • Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical & interpersonal assessments of people in a range of environments
    • Provide therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills
    • Full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload

    About You

    • Ideally tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline
    • Minimum Core registration with the NDIS Commission
    • Experience in facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for clients and families
    • Ideally experience in positive behavioural support
    • Fun We want passion and excitement for the meaningful work we do
    • A current Australian driver's licence, WWCC, satisfactory police check to meet the requirements of the role
