  • In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the review and approval process of third-party intermediaries for Market Security.
  • Managing the Market Security database for underwriter accounts with "Various Restrictions" requirements.
  • Conducting a monthly audit to ensure the "Below Guidelines" letter is in the client's file.
  • Assist in obtaining due diligence documentation from third-party intermediaries and responding to queries from the Market Information Group (MIG) Head Office.
  • Communicating in a polite and professional manner via phone and email.
  • Maintaining and updating the Market Security database record to align it with the Marsh Market Master global website.
  • Keep confidential records of all insurers, MGA, and placing brokers, as well as organise and update all filing records.
  • Assisting with business stakeholders, legal and compliance, MCO & IT teams on all market security-related matters.
  • Support the accounting manager/chief strategy officer with any ad-hoc tasks.
