    Your new role:

    • Supporting the Manager with general administration, including assisting with invoice preparation.
    • Accounts Payable/receivable
    • Providing day to day office coordination including maintaining office environment, supplies and equipment.
    • Prepare project quotations ensuring they are submitted within required time frames
    • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks
    • Build strong, long-term working relationships with the team, suppliers and customers

    Based out of Greentech in Thornleigh, this is a full time role however the hours can be flexible for the right candidate

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • A meticulous attention to detail
    • Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
    • A passion for delivering exceptional service and providing the best solutions for customers
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role
