The Role
As Principal Consultant – Technology, you will;

Lead and grow a specialist technology desk (encompassing SAP, enterprise applications, project services, cloud, data or cyber)
Develop trusted C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
Own and execute strategic account plans
Drive business development and market expansion
Deliver an exceptional service to clients through the best talent, while providing partnering advice and value-adding insights
Represent NSG in the market as a credible, consultative advisor
Ensure compliance and rigour across all stages of process/service offering

This is a senior, revenue-generating role with real influence — commercially and culturally.

Who You Are

You may be a Senior Consultant ready for your next step, or an experienced Principal looking for a more values-aligned environment.

Proven success in 360 technology recruitment or consulting
Strong commercial acumen and consistent billing performance
