The Retail Business Leader (our name for Store Manager) at our Gunghalin store is responsible for translating national strategy within the local store environment to deliver on business objectives. As a commercially astute and forward-thinking innovator, your remit is to drive growth through a clear business plan that includes identifying new opportunities to grow sales, optimise costs and increase our store footprint among the local community.
