    Find a career that matters and lasts As a Senior BIMSpecialist, you will ensure compliance, implement BIM systems, andfocus on creating federated models and supporting/managing DigitalTwin and Visualization services.

    This involves aligning projectoutcomes with DE specifications and enhancing BIM methodologies forsuccessful project delivery for our Major Projects, You will possess astrong background in developing Digital Engineering processes andfederated models, coupled with extensive experience in supporting theimplementation of common data environments for BIM services.

    You willdemonstrate exceptional leadership skills, the ability to engageeffectively with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to drivingbusiness improvement outcomes within the Major Projects division.

    Youwill not only excel in technical proficiency with various BIM & DEsoftware tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, ACC/BIM360,InEight, MicroStation and AutoCAD, but you will exhibit excellentcommunication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to upholding thehighest standards of compliance and quality assurance.

    Support the implementation and embedding of DE systems, standards, anddata processes, aligning with frameworks, project requirements, andoverall governance, standards, and policies.

    Provide BIM services,overseeing federated modelling, and assisting in implementing DigitalTwin and Visualization services. Build, maintain relationships andregularly engage with stakeholders and manage their requirements forefficient DE systems design, delivery, integration, and optimization.
    Support the Digital Engineering vision and strategy, acting as acatalyst for change within the key stakeholder base.

    Ensure thecapture and recording of data within DE systems complies with relevantDigital Engineering and BIM policies, legislation, standards, andcodes of practice.

    Perform a range of DE specific accountabilitiesincluding governance and quality assurance, including auditingactivities to ensure legislative and project compliance.

    This team has the potential to revolutionize our business andoptimize the delivery of infrastructure projects through high-quality,reusable information and collaboration with various departmentsthroughout the asset and project life cycles.

    Your expertise Degreelevel qualifications in Engineering, Construction, IT, or relateddiscipline with significant experience in an Engineering, Constructionor IT role or a lower level qualification with significantdemonstrated relevant experience.

    Demonstrated experience insupporting the development or introduction of and maintaining a commondata environment (CDE) as it relates to BIM services.

    Demonstratedexperience providing technical leadership to a team deliveringservices and outcomes for the efficient operation of DigitalEngineering Demonstrated evidence of engaging with varied stakeholdersto achieve business improvement outcomes.
