Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Midwives to join our dynamic team. As a Casual Agency Midwife, you will have the opportunity to work across different private hospitals, providing comprehensive maternity care to expectant mothers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their babies.
• Conduct thorough assessments of maternal well-being, including monitoring vital signs.
• Assist with the management of labour and delivery, ensuring a safe and positive birthing experience for mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised care plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Midwifery
• Current AHPRA
• Proven experience working as a Midwife
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
