Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients, seeing them through the whole project from conception to handover
  • Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and plans.
  • Coordinate permits, approvals, and preconstruction/post construction compliance requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to confirm timelines and costs.
  • Provide clear updates and support to clients, ensuring a smooth start to finish. Resolve project issues efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
