    Role Snapshot:

    • Individual contributor role working with instantly recognisable brand with deep mission/purpose and over 3,100 employees across Australia;
    • Sydney Olympic Park head office but ability to work from home 4 days per week;
    • Drive business partnership with People & Culture (P&C) stakeholders to define HR systems functional requirements and strategy;
    • Be developed, mentored and given autonomy to make your mark on the future of HR systems at this company;
    • Sit in the P&C team and own operational support and continuous optimisation of HR systems. This will be across systems for learning, content management, payroll, HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, reward and recognition.
    • Newly created permanent role due to growth; and
    • $150,000 - $160,000 + superannuation + 10% STI.

    Your New Role:

    You'll sit in the P&C team and play an integral role in managing functional requirements for HR systems. You'll work in an individual contributor role but from time to time will lead project resources. You'll partner closely with P&C stakeholders and will build a future technology roadmap for HR systems. In doing so, you'll work with the technology team to ensure alignment to broader system governance and security. You'll ensure solutions meet functional requirements and are aligned with the group's technology strategy. Your core focus is improving how the P&C teams use technology and improving their world.

    You'll:

    • Manage the People & Culture suite of HR systems;
    • Manage BAU configuration change and implementation activities, documenting requirements and maintaining detailed records and testing evidence;
    • Manage triage and support for all HR systems tickets;
    • Manage data governance across all HR systems;
    • Collaborate with Technology on all major system configuration changes via Technology gating and review process;
    • Champion a high level of customer service and influence the broader People & Culture team to meet and manage standards; and
    • Manage the data governance requirements of HR systems.

    Your Background & Experience:

    • Strong experience in a similar HR systems role;
    • A strong understanding of HR systems and HR processes across the whole employment lifecycle;
    • Strong system implementation experience;
    • Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and articulate solutions; and
    • Above all else, you will have a humble, kind, friendly and trustworthy personality, with excellent listening skills. You will have the ability to see outside the box and be proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
