    Due to our continued growth, we have created an exciting position for a passionate People & Culture Manager to join our business as we strive to continuously adapt to an expanding workforce. Based in our Melbourne office, you will be able to directly impact the journey that our people have during their time with us.     • Oversee and elevate our HR Department, currently consisting of one other dedicated team member, while reporting to the Company Director;
    • Work collaboratively across all departments, to develop and implement strategies that drive inclusion, enhance engagement and achieve optimal improvements in our employee's overall workplace experience in a way that feels authentic to the business;
    • Ensure People & Culture initiatives are strategically aligned to meet both current and future organisational objectives;
    • Elevate the employee experience across the entire lifecycle from onboarding, engagement, progression and long-term retention, providing ongoing support to team members throughout their journey with us to increase job satisfaction and longevity in their role;
    • Support continuous improvement and revaluation of reward and recognition offerings/employee benefits;
    • Strategise, plan and execute activities and events that bring people together, boost morale and foster & enhance genuine connections between individual employees, teams, departments, inter-departments and states;
    • Continue to review and develop our company policies and procedures while keeping up to date with changing legal obligations we have as a company;
    • Help to support and mentor our managers across the company throughout the employee lifecycle of their teams;
    • Create and/or oversee the distribution of surveys and other data gathering initiatives across a variety of functions to gain valuable insights into areas where there are gaps and curate targeted initiatives to bridge these and increase retention and job satisfaction;
    • Enhance on-site, remote, interstate and international employee engagement and ensure off-site workforce remains feeling connected to their office-based counterparts;

    THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER:

    • Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or a relevant/related field;
    • Generalist HR experience, such as previous experience in a HR Business Partner or P+C Manager or equivalent (ideally 3+ years in a senior role);
    • Experience leading organisational improvement and/or change initiatives within the context of emerging small to midsize businesses;
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, evaluate needs and options and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions, including practical tools and frameworks;
    • Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence leaders and key stakeholders and the capability to connect with a variety of people, and personalities, build rapport and gain trust to assist and support our employees;
    • Significant experience in developing and successfully implementing innovative organisational development strategies and engagement programs for an on-site, remote, and interstate/international workforce;
    • Well-developed consulting and partnering skills, including the ability to quickly establish sound and trusting working relationships, to define organisational needs and co-design solutions with a variety of stakeholders;
    • Demonstrated change management skills; and
    • Ability to take on the values and philosophy of Cullen Jewellery and be its biggest advocate
