Description

RPR Trades are looking for an experienced Boilermaker with MIG welding experience for a temp on-going position working for a company that manufacture Truck Trailers and chassis in Reservoir.

About the Role:

You will be working for one of Australia's oldest family owned manufacturers and suppliers of road transport equipment. Manufacturing and specialising in Freezer, Double Stacker, Super Chiller, Chiller, Meat Hangers, Dry Freight trailers and Rigid Bodies for the general and temperature controlled freight and bulk transport market sectors. All trailers are built from the ground up in the factory in Reservoir. You will be required to do fabrication and spot welding on the builds.

Reservoir
Immediate start
Casual Assignment with good opportunity for ongoing work.
Excellent Conditions
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am -3:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm
Casual rate $40-$45p/h determined by welding experience

Qualifications and Experience

Must hold an Australian recognised Certificate 3 in Engineering/Fabrication.
Previous experience in MIG welding and heavy steel fabrication. TIG welding is desirable.
Be able to read and interpret drawings
Previous experience in Assembling would be desirable but not essential
Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively
