    Blood Toyota forms part of the Blood Motor Group and is a family owned dealership that has been proudly servicing the Geelong and the Bellarine for over 20 years. We are looking for an experienced and energetic leader to manage our Spare Parts team.

    The Role

    Excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated, proactive Parts Manager or an A Grade Parts Interpreter to join our team.

    • Overseeing the parts operation in its entirety
    • Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring workshop parts and inventory control are in line with best practice
    • Ability to lead and stimulate team members ensuring customer-service is prioritised with a sense of urgency
    • Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and gross profits are consistently met and exceeded

    Skills & Experience

    • Knowledgeable in automotive parts procurement, supply & inventory control and industry KPI's/gross profits
    • Exposure to process management and continuous improvement initiatives
    • High attention to detail and focus on getting the job done right the first time
    • A strong leader, motivating self and others to drive results
    • Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, meet deadlines and analytical skills
    • Organised, confident, and a clear communicator
    • Passionate in training, developing and coaching teams
    • Commitment to best practice OHS
    • Experience with TUNE will be highly regarded but not essential.
