- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is desirable, but not essential
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical training or similar background - preferred but not essential
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn & develop
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checks
- Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance repair in a productive manner
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance related issues
- Safely and continuously operate multiple pieces of equipment to product quality products on time
- Ensuring quality & safety procedures are followed and providing thorough handovers.
