The Position - Manager

Operating within the firms Business Advisory division & working closely with the firms Partners & Directors, you will assist with the management and delivery of complex compliance as well as provide advice to a broad range of clients - these clients range from SMEs to large corporates, some with turnover in excess of $500 million.

You would be responsible for:

• Managing a pool of accountants alongside other Managers & Senior Managers. Thisincludes workflow management,technical training and mentoring
• Reviewing & delegating compliance work
• Managing key client relationships, and helping grow new ones
• Providing advice to clients across a variety of areas
• For some clients, managing Virtual CFO & board reporting services on a Monthly or Quarterly basis
• Fostering the firms key values in everything you do
• Work closely with other service lines as required

About You

• 5 or more years experience within Business Services/ Advisory in Australia
• At least 6 months in a similar role that has involved delegating & reviewing work as well as mentoring junior accountants
• CA or CPA qualified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to showcase your technical knowledge
• Proven experience with client interaction
• Proactive, collaborative and able to think on your feet
• Desire to assist & mentor others and help grow a team around them
• Ambition to support the businesses growth as well as your personal growth
