    The role

    Reporting into the Sales Operations Manager, you'll join a high performing, dynamic and high-energy team that is truly passionate about their customer's success. You'll be a trusted advisor to our existing customers delivering a seamless end-to-end sales experience from application to settlement via inbound and outbound calls.

    What you will be doing

    • Delivering a seamless sales experience for our customers driven by your customer obsession and ability to clearly understand their requirements.
    • Effectively following up qualified opportunities, approvals with all necessary stakeholders (internal and external).
    • Delivering a seamless sales experience for our customers driven by your customer obsession and ability to clearly understand their requirements.
    • Having quality conversations with customers and brokers to choose our product and brand.
    • Negotiating desired outcomes based on value selling – not just price.
    • Effectively handling all forms of objections, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
    • Actively prospecting your portfolio via phone and email.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • Proven experience in high volume contact centre environments (short sales experience preferred)
    • Financial Services or Fintech environments (highly advantageous)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of data integrity and compliance.
    • Proven track record of exceeding individual sales targets
    • Strong business acumen skills and ability to understand how a business owner thinks.
    • Be self-motivated, driven, collaborative and adaptable
