    With a thirty-year strong trading history, this business has strategically partnered with a range of high-quality international suppliers, each offering unique and top-quality vertical access and hoist solutions that can be tailored to suit a wide variety of project types.

    They supply, install, and service a wide range of permanent and temporary lift, vertical access and hoist solutions and equipment across Australia.

    The Role:
    The primary purpose of the role is to lead the sales and business development function for the service department. To renegotiate existing service contracts and identify and secure new business predominantly in the new build commercial, residential, industrial, confined spaces, lifting, hoisting, and vertical access space.

    What are we looking for?
    We are seeking an experienced and established Sales Service Engineer with a strong working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems coupled with a proven track record in sales and business development.

    The key selection criteria:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or relationship management-type role with a proven track record of growing revenue.
    • A strong network of clientele in the construction and industrial space (i.e., mining, building, lifts, defence, hoist, and/or hire industry).
    • Strong technical mechanical or electrical knowledge – this can be achieved through a bachelor's degree or trade – either is fine.
