    Compliance Operations Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Operations Specialist to join our Australian Compliance team.

    The Role

    The Compliance Team works to protect Square, Square Sellers, and enable safe growth across our ecosystem.

    • Perform detailed analysis and manage compliance queues.
    • Analyze and manage Compliance cases in accordance with established procedures and identify any non-compliances relating to the Compliance Program and manage accordingly.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Support customer KYC onboarding.
    • Conduct analysis of customer activities for non-compliance in accordance with policy and procedure.
    • Monitor Compliance Queues and Cases in a timely and effective manner.

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of Compliance Operations Experience.
    • Located in Australia (Our offices are based in Melbourne which is where this team are all based).
    • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
