    Operations Support Agent

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Agent to join our team in Warrnambool.

    About the role:

    The role involves a variety of essential tasks that enable us to deliver high-quality customer service on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to work in an office environment while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle through warehouse duties.

    • General administration and office tasks
    • Control Agent & Outside Hire Administration, ensuring compliance and handling inquiries
    • Warehouse assistance as required
    • Deliver and pick up consignments, and cover runs when needed by the business
    • Report weekly Service Quality KPIs
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
    • Support Local management in preparing and distributing documents and reports
    • Maintain personnel files and HR/Recruitment documentation
    • Create and manage forms, and maintain document control registers
    • Coordinate conferences, meetings, and training sessions with relevant management and staff
    • Ensure compliance with OHS, Dangerous Goods, and Environmental legislation

    • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel - generating and running reports)
    • Experience in similar administration roles
