- Formulate and recommend changes and/or enhancements to ways of working, processes, and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience as a business/system analyst.
- Must have experience working with ForgeRock, KYC, Identity & API (mandatory).
- Extensive experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions in critical digital channels.
- Skilled in conducting workshops and delivering presentations.
