Product Designer | Hybrid | Sydney based

We're partnering with a large, globally recognised organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation across its international web and platform ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to join a centralised design practice inside an established enterprise that is modernising at scale. The focus is on building secure, scalable, future-ready digital experiences that support customers, partners and internal teams worldwide.

The Opportunity You'll join a collaborative design team embedded within a broader product and technology function. Designers have the opportunity to move between squads based on business priorities, with the initial focus on improving a suite of global web products and shared platforms.

This includes:

A design system and component library used across 300+ international websites
A global locations and services platform
Shared web infrastructure and digital touchpoints supporting high volumes of traffic across multiple markets

You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex organisational and user challenges into intuitive, accessible, and trusted digital experiences.

This is hands on end to end product design – from discovery and research through to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery handover.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting user research and synthesising insights into clear design direction
Designing intuitive, inclusive digital experiences aligned to a global brand
Contributing to and evolving a shared design system at scale
Balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility
Advocating for accessibility and evidence-based decision making
Collaborating across product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
Helping mature and scale design capability within an enterprise environment

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience designing digital products in complex environments
Strong Figma capability including interactive prototyping
Experience working within or contributing to design systems
Solid UX research foundations – user flows, personas, journey mapping, usability testing
Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2)
Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Highly regarded:

Experience in regulated or operationally complex industries
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working across enterprise-scale web ecosystems
