    We're looking for a talented and passionate Centre Cook to join the team at Goodstart Alfred Cove, to plan and prepare a nutritious and exciting menu for the children attending the centre.

    About You:

    Experience working in catering / hospitality is essential
    * Relevant qualifications highly desirable
    * Support the health and wellbeing of the children through planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks
    * Prepare meals to meet the needs of children with special dietary requirements and allergies
    * Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing
    * Order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
    * Ensure safe and hygienic storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks
    * Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
    * Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
    * Better pay - you'll get at least 4% above the award rate, increasing to 5% by 2023
