    Duties and Responsibilities of your role:Sales and Marketing manager, for all the Thuasne products, or any brand linked to Thuasne group, sold in Australia, New Zealand. You will provide support to other Asia Pacific countries.You will handle the network of existing customers and distributors, through a sales and marketing policy, physical and digital.You will maintain and grow the network of health professionals who prescribe our products.You will build and implement an education policy towards health professionals and salespeople.You will assess the market potential in channels or countries where Thuasne is not marketed.You will spot and implement distribution solutions in markets or channels where potential is high enough.You will select and hire necessary resources for this mission.You will build and propose a yearly sales and expenses budget, which you will follow up continuously.You will maintain a permanent contact with group's headquarter based in France and report back to management on market dynamics and changes.Develop sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and understand their needs to market Thuasne products.Monitor sales performance metrics and marketing KPIs to ensure metrics are being met.Skills and Qualifications Required- Relevant bachelor's degree such as marketing or business;- Proven experience in developing markets;- Strong leadership and team management skills;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;- Strategic thinker with results - orientated mindset;- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards;- Minimum five years relevant work experience- Proficient in English and French- Creative problem solving skills.##Job Nr 16654##
