    Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

    Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum

    Responsibilities:

    You will shape an immersive customer experience in our bp-owned store. Partner creatively with the Store Manager to drive growth, sales performance, and operational excellence.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Deep understanding of customer needs, product range, and promotions
    • Meticulous merchandising and inventory management
    • Positive and proactive approach to safety, health, and wellbeing
    • Flexibility with your schedule, working a variety of hours across a 24-hour operation

    Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • Possession of strong communication skills with a high degree of influence
    • A proven track record of achieving sales and performance goals
    • The ability to operate daily with a sense of urgency, optimism, and accountability
