    We are seeking expressions of interest to join our ACT Westfield living centres as a Centre Experience Executive.

    As a Centre Experience Executive, you will be an integral part of our commitment to nurturing talent within our Westfield Centre experience teams. Our focus is on providing you with fast-tracked on-the-job experiences that will not only support your growth but also enable a seamless transition into a role within one of our centres at the conclusion of the 12–18-month program.

    Throughout this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to complete several rotations across key departments in our centres. These departments include Marketing, Risk and Security Management, Finance and Administration, Retailer Relations, Customer Experience, and Facilities Management. Each rotation will provide valuable insights and expertise to help you develop a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of our operations.

    The rotations will allow you to (but not limited to):

    • Gain knowledge of Scentre Groups retailer relations and management to ensure a positive outcome for all parties.
    • Support our Facilities Management team with exposure to building and stakeholder management, WH&S including contractor inductions and permits.
    • Gain an overview of the Centre Management financial model and management to ensure successful outcomes for the business.
    • Conduct centre walk with team members to view key customer touchpoints and hear from the team on current NPS performance and feedback.
    • Spend time in the (Marketing) Brand Experience Team to develop a working knowledge of centre activation and vibrancy.
    • Contribute to customer and retailer focused activities that cover the day-to-day management and operations of the Centre and excellent everyday presentation and delivery.
    • Dealing with Centre incidents and emergencies in accordance with company procedures.

    This role will be offered as a permanent Full-time position based at one or more of our Westfield living centres (open to locations across ACT)
