    As the Document Systems Support in the Integrated Energy Team, you will be responsible for providing document systems support to the Operations Team. This will include developing guidance on document management policies, processes, data structures and document naming conventions. The role also includes the development, management and alterations to CAD drawings, SharePoint sites and other document and information storage platforms.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Drafting, reviewing and advising on document management policies and processes, and ensuring that AGL properly retains documents for the minimum specified duration in accordance with Australian legislative requirements.
    • Becoming the resident expert within the Document Management System including providing file structures, naming conventions and other meta data required for proper document management.
    • Ensuring CAD drawings are properly labelled, categorised and numbered as well as supporting the issuing of receipts of drawings coming in and out with the right approvals.
    • Maintaining physical documents/records for all site locations and providing physical documents upon request and undertaking scanning physical documents to a pdf format to be stored electronically.
    • Establishing and maintaining the Operations SharePoint sites, as well liaising on the design of the SharePoint sites to provide a user-friendly interface for accessing required documents.

    What you'll bring:

    • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent work experience, as well as a driver's licence as occasional travel to site may be required.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills, coupled with high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills, experience in Document Management Systems and CAD drafting processes are desirable.
    • Experience working with SAP and Open Text is desirable as is technical awareness in renewable energy.
