    Job Title: Accounts Officer

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure accurate completion of general ledger on a monthly and annual basis.
    • Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
    • Prepare financial statutory documents and school financial statements.
    • Collaborate with the team for budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
    • Prepare trial balance each month end.
    • Undertake ad-hoc projects/duties as required to support the team.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years' experience in a similar or related role preferred.
    • Relevant Accounting/Finance qualifications, studying towards CA or CPA.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
    • Ability to use initiative and be proactive.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Diligent and detail-oriented.
