Overview:
The Department for Health and Wellbeing supports the Ministerfor Health and Wellbeing in setting policy frameworks and strategicdirections for SA Health. It assists in delivering public healthservices, formulates health policies, facilitates public andconsumer consultations on health issues, and monitors SouthAustralia's health system performance through timely advice,research, and administrative support.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal WorkforceData and Insights Analyst for this newly created role to join theteam at the Department of Health and Wellbeing. Reporting to theManager, Workforce Systems this role is responsible for leading anddeveloping the data maturity of workforce data, collaborating withvarious stakeholders, and providing expert guidance on workforcetrends and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
The Department are looking for someone with strong interpersonaland communication skills, extensive experience in workforce dataanalysis and reporting, preferably with a data science background.Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience andknowledge of workforce data metrics, modelling, and analytics. Someexperience with Oracle and CHRIS21 data applications is desirableand an ability to work in a complex and challengingenvironment.
