About The Role

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work with business department to perform requirement analysis and system scheme.
2. Design and code applications solving business issues.
3. Develop diagrams and flow charts on computer operation process.
4. Develop, test and analyze programming applications to ensure that they operate efficiently and meet business requirements.
5. Determine, develop and document software specifications throughout production lifecycle.
6. Analyze and rectify software errors and present precise status report on time.
7. Use programming languages and development tools to implement the functionality of software and applications and perform necessary debugging and optimizations.
8. Analyze the system plans and technical solutions to ensure the scalability, flexibility, and security of the system.
9. Provide technical support and work with relevant personnel to solve technical problems in daily operations.
10. 10.Prepare the technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and operating guidelines.
11. Maintain good communication with other related personnel to ensure project delivery on time.
12. Work with other team members to drive the progress of the project.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Software/Information Engineering or related field.
• A minimum 3+ years' relevant work experience having worked as an Analyst Programmer.
• Software programming skills (such as C, C ++ or Python, Java) will be preferred.
• Have a certain understanding on web development, database design or cloud computing.
• Good communication, team work skill, able to read and write technical documents fluently.
