    About Us:

    Money Chase is on an exciting journey of growth in the currency exchange sector. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead this expansion and strengthen our market presence.

    Responsibilities:

    · Oversee operations of two owned and three licensed branches, ensuring consistency in service standards and operational efficiency across the network.

    · Strategically manage the expansion of the branch network, including the establishment of licensing arrangements. Ensure that licensed branches adhere to Money Chase's operational standards and brand values.

    · Ensure strict compliance with financial and legal regulations across all branches.

    · Stay updated with changes in regulatory frameworks and implement necessary adjustments in company policies and branch operations.

    · Lead the strategic planning process and define long-term business goals for Money Chase.

    · Make key decisions on business direction and corporate policy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.

    · Maintain high-quality standards and uniformity in customer service and operations across owned and licensed branches, upholding the company's reputation and brand image.

    · Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, including franchise partners. Represent the company in negotiations and agreements related to branch operations and licensing.

    · Coordinate audits and risk assessments for all branches, implement risk management strategies and ensure all branches meet Money Chase's internal audit standards.

    · Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions for branch operations and expansion.

    · Lead and mentor branch managers and staff. Develop training programs to ensure staff across all branches are knowledgeable in compliance, operations, and customer service.

    · Foster a culture of innovation within branch operations. Implement new technologies or processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

    · Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to General Manager & the Board.

    Requirements:

    · 3+ years in management, preferably in financial services or currency exchange.

    · Demonstrated experience in managing growth and expansion.

    · Sound knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT)and other financial regulations and risk management.

    · Outstanding leadership and team management skills.

    · Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
