    About the RoleAs a Customer Service/Sales Person or as we refer to Rental Sales Agent you are the face of our brand In this position you will interact with our customers at the rental counter while marketing products and services, completing rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

    What you'll do
    • Great customer in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car rental/return process to help get customers on their way
    • Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG's vehicle damage procedure
    • Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometres while accurately inputting them into our hand held devices when needed
    • Clean and prepare vehicles as per company standards

    What we're looking for
    • Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence
    • Open to work days, weekends shifts
    • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
    • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
    • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
