    Hospitality Coordinator

    Great Southern Bank is seeking a new Hospitality Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.

    As the Hospitality Coordinator you will be providing visitors, management, and staff with a superior event and hospitality experience, including providing genuine welcoming, friendly, and efficient front of house services and administrative support.

    You will be responsible for ensuring our ensuring our office is kept presentable and professional.

    Your Responsibilities:


    • Welcome visitors, guests, and staff
    • Assist with event set-up (including AV support), preparation of run sheets, management of deliveries, drinks preparation and Board catering, including after-hours events if required
    • Monitor and maintain general cleanliness of the office, in particular the staff and commercial kitchens across our four floors
    • Stock and inventory management of kitchen and catering consumables
    • Ensure our conference rooms are maintained to the highest standard
    • Assist as backup Concierge and provide front-of-house support as required
    About You:


    • Event co-ordination and/or hospitality exposure
    • Experience in a customer-centric role where you have managed multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
    • Willingness to learn new systems and technology and problem-solve issues
    • Outstanding time-management and organisational skills
    • Passionate about providing great customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
