    About the opportunity

    We're pleased to invite applications for the position of People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our growing P&C Support Services team in Adelaide SA.

    Based in Hindmarsh, SA and reporting to the P&C Support Services Lead, you'll provide high quality, confidential administration coordination and support to various P&C functions across Australia, New Zealand, and America, Middle East, Asia & Europe. (AMEAE)

    With maturity and poise, you'll manage the demands of busy workload in a calm and professional manner; you prioritise easily.

    As a natural communicator, you'll enjoy collaborating with your team and across functions.

    Your strong continuous improvement focus will see you contribute to innovation initiatives as we improve the employee experience and add value to the business.

    In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:

    • Work collaboratively with other functions to ensure consistency of employee changes.
    • Create and deliver human resource reports which meet senior stakeholder expectations.
    • Coordinate and administer core processes related to onboarding, internal movements and offboarding.
    • Arrange and monitor the completion of pre-employment checks and screening activities.
    • Monitor and audit employee data to ensure accuracy of employee movements.
    • Assign training for new employees, annual compliance requirements and other training as required.
    • Provide support to a range of P&C projects and initiatives as required.

    About you

    What you'll need:

    • Experience in a similar role ideally in a large, complex organisation.
    • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
    • A working knowledge and understanding of human resources principles in relation to the employee lifecycle.
    • Intermediate knowledge of and experience with the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and other relevant employment legislation.
    • The ability to manage and interpret data to generate value adding reports and information.
    • Tech savvy with advanced proficiency of the MS Office suite and exposure to a range of HR systems.

    While not essential, a tertiary qualification in Human Resources will be highly regarded.
