Schedule: Permanent Dayshift, 8/6 Roster

Our Client isreputable mining services company specializing in underground operations, committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and equipment reliability. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Underground HD Fitter to join our team servicing critical equipment between our Gwalia and Bellevue sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on underground equipment, including raisebore drills used for ventilation shafts.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and servicing of Volvo L120H I.Ts and Landcruiser light vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including Working at Heights standards.
• Collaborate with site teams to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Underground HD Fitter or similar role.
• Valid National Police Clearance.
• Certification in Working at Heights and Senior First Aid.
• Ability to pass a medical examination and Drug and Alcohol Screening (DAS).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Competitive starting rate of $70-$75 per hour, based on experience.
• Tools and equipment provided.
