- Prepare month-end financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with various financial regulations, including superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG reporting, FBT, and work cover.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Adapt to and drive change initiatives to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
- Degree in Accounting – or other relevant qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- High levels of attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Solid computer literacy including ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite & Employment Hero (bonus)
