    Compliance Administration Officer

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated administration officer to assist the Compliance Administration Team in our Compliance and Parking Services Branch.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative functions and support for the branch, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Council's Statutory obligations.

    Key Requirements

    • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work productively in a team environment and autonomously.
    • High-level customer service skills and professionalism.
    • Conflict management skills to assist in dispute resolution.
    • Proficiency in using software systems such as TechOne – P&R, Oracle, and Microsoft Suite.
    • Ability to interpret and assess permit applications.
