    The Role

    • Convert referred leads and enquiries into successful outcomes
    • Prospect for new leads utilizing the client's extensive database
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth
    • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure retention and management
    • Arrange and conduct appraisals to assess performance
    • Conduct open homes and private inspections to facilitate sales
    • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
    • Demonstrate direct experience in Business Development with a proven track record
    • Be self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
    • Exhibit excellent presentation, organizational, and administrative skills
    • Possess a valid driver's license
