Job summary:
The Masterdata Officer will support the Masterdata and Revenue Assurance Teams to maximise Pathology revenue and ensure that it is billed in accordance with contractual agreements and complies with Commonwealth legislation for Medicare and Health Fund billing.We believe everyone leads, no matter what role they are in.
Responsibilities:
- Review and update patient, testing and billing information to correct Xtend, Suspend and Claiming errors
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources to resolve data errors in healthcare billing and claiming
- Identify and resolve data quality issues promptly
