Prestart Consultant - Western Australia - The Technical and Engineering Network

We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Prestart Consultant to join one of WA's largest home building companies. Based in their Osborne Park office this role would be a great opportunity for a prestart consultant or client liaison officer who is looking to develop their knowledge and further their career with a reputable and successful company.

Duties:

• Liaise with clients from the preliminary signing through the construction phase right through to handover
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Conducting meetings with the client(s) including prestart meetings, colour selection etc
• Prepare documentation including construction documents and contractual documents
• Raise variations
• Regularly communicate with clients in regards to the progression of their build, consulting with them regularly, resolving queries as they arise
• Use construction software to track the progress of the build

Skills and experience

• Experience in a prestart or client liaison role working for a home building company
• Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Time management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks ad work to deadlines
• MS Office skills and exposure to construction software

This is a permanent position with a great salary package of $80k plus super. Parking is provided on site and it is close to public transport.
